Where do orders ship from?
All orders ship from our Nashville, Tennessee studio.
When will my order ship?
Pre-orders: Ship in 2–3 weeks as each piece is made to order by our small team of artisans. (Pre-order products are marked as such)
In-stock items: Ship within 5 business days.
How are orders shipped?
We ship via UPS, and all orders include tracking. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time — we currently ship within the United States only.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your address, email us as soon as possible with the subject line “Address Change:” and include:
Your order number
Your current address
Your new address
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are not guaranteed once your order has begun processing.
Can I return or exchange my item?
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges, as each item is either handmade to order or produced in limited quantities. Please review product descriptions and size guides before purchasing.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If something arrives damaged or your package is missing, please contact us and we’ll help guide you through next steps.
